Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude, making customers feel welcome and valued upon arrival.
  • Present menus and explain items clearly, offering recommendations and answering questions to help guests choose.
  • Take and relay orders accurately to kitchen/bar, ensuring all guest requests are clearly communicated.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, checking quality and presentation while keeping guest satisfaction high.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintain a clean dining area and support smooth service flow.
  • Handle guest needs and simple complaints with courtesy, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards including food safety rules and cleanliness throughout service.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years in waiter or hospitality service roles preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
  • Technical Competence: Proficient with POS systems and basic food service practices.
  • Project Controls: Able to handle multiple tables and tasks quickly in busy shifts.
