Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash and liquidity: Monitor daily cash positions and forecast future needs to ensure funds are available for operations and obligations.
- Develop cash flow forecasts: Prepare short- and long-term cash plans and adjust based on business requirements and market conditions.
- Oversee banking relationships: Build strong partnerships with banks, negotiate facilities and secure favourable terms for financing and services.
- Control financial risk: Identify and mitigate risks including foreign exchange, interest rate exposure and liquidity constraints.
- Implement treasury policies: Create and enforce policies and internal controls for payments, transfers, compliance and reporting.
- Provide reporting and analysis: Produce regular treasury reports for senior management and support audit requirements.
- Lead treasury team: Guide, mentor and coordinate treasury staff to ensure efficient operations and professional development.
Requirements
- Experience: 8–15 years in treasury management, corporate finance, or cash/liquidity roles, preferably in UAE or GCC.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced degrees advantageous.
- Technical Competence: Proficient in treasury systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kyriba), cash forecasting and financial analysis.
- Project Controls: Strong planning, tracking and reporting skills for cash positions, forecasts and treasury KPIs.
- Leadership Support: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate with finance, risk, audit and business partners.
- Commercial Acumen: Understand banking products, investment options, financing costs and business impacts.
