Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific roles and business needs.
- Identify hiring requirements by working closely with department heads to understand workforce plans and role-specific needs.
- Revamp and continuously improve the recruitment lifecycle to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and elevate the overall candidate experience.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of various talent acquisition platforms and other sourcing tools to drive high-quality hiring outcomes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to craft clear, compelling job descriptions and talent profiles that align with business goals and team structures.
- Ensure all role profiles reflect team objectives, business needs, and organizational culture.
- Help new hires settle in by sharing joining details, collecting documents, and coordinating with internal teams, so they have a good first experience.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on construction or related industries in the UAE.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
