Software Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Software Features: Write, test, and maintain code for web, mobile, cloud, or enterprise applications using agreed languages and frameworks.
  
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to turn requirements into functional software components.
  
• Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify issues, diagnose bugs, and fix software problems to ensure stable and reliable apps.
  
• Participate in Reviews: Join code reviews, share feedback, and uphold development standards for quality and performance.
  
• Write Technical Documentation: Document code logic and system design to support clarity, handoffs, and future updates.
  
• Test and Validate: Use unit tests, integration tests, and other validation tools to prevent regressions and verify functionality.
  
• Stay Updated: Keep up with new technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to continuously improve development work.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years software development with real project experience in web or application environments.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  
• Technical Competence: Strong command of languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C# or similar.
  
• Project Controls: Ability to manage tasks, deliver features on schedule, and report progress clearly.
  
• Leadership: Communicates effectively and contributes to discussions on design and implementation choices.
  
• Commercial Acumen: Understands how software affects business value, user experience, and product goals.
