Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV Systems: Watch live and recorded CCTV footage to detect suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or security breaches in real‑time.
  • Patrol Assigned Areas: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the property to deter incidents and ensure visible security presence.
  • Control Access Points: Check visitor and staff IDs, manage entry/exit gates, and ensure only authorised individuals enter secure areas.
  • Respond to Alarms & Emergencies: Act quickly to alarms, fire alerts, or emergency situations, coordinate response, and guide people to safety.
  • Report Incidents: Write clear daily logs and incident reports detailing observations, actions taken, and follow‑up recommendations.
  • Assist Public & Staff: Provide courteous help to visitors, employees, or tenants with safety concerns or directional inquiries.
  • Maintain Security Equipment: Ensure CCTV, radios, alarms, and other security tools are functioning, reporting issues for repair.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years working as a security guard or CCTV operator in UAE or similar environments.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification accepted for entry‑level positions.
  • Technical Competence: Able to operate CCTV systems, radios, basic IT for monitoring and reporting.
  • Project Controls: Capable of handling shift schedules, incident logs, and daily reporting accurately.
  • Leadership: Works well independently, communicates clearly, and follows instructions reliably.
