Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Strategies – Plan and run marketing plans that reach buyers and tenants, improve brand presence, and support sales growth consistently.
  • Digital Campaign Management – Set up and manage online ads on Meta, Google and property portals to generate quality leads and measure success.
  • Content & Social Media – Create engaging posts, property content, videos and visuals for social platforms and schedule for best reach.
  • SEO & Web Updates – Improve website and listing visibility in search results and keep property information current and clear.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track campaign results and lead sources, prepare clear reports, and share insights for better decisions.
  • Market Research & Trends – Check local market changes, competitor activity and customer interests to refine marketing moves.
  • Event & Visual Support – Help plan property events and coordinate creatives, photographers and videos for listings and promotions.

Requirements

  • Experience – 2–4 years in real estate marketing or related digital marketing in Dubai/UAE environment.
  • Education – Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
  • Technical Competence – Skilled with digital ads, CRM, website tools, and SEO strategies.
  • Project Controls – Able to plan, execute and adjust campaigns and content schedules efficiently.
  • Leadership – Good communication and coordination with sales, creative, and developer teams.
  • Commercial Acumen – Understand lead quality, cost per lead, campaign ROI and basic budget tracking.
