Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Market Research: Gather data on property prices, rents, supply–demand trends, and market activity to support investment decisions.
  • Perform Financial Analysis: Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and valuations to assess property performance and investment viability.
  • Prepare Reports & Presentations: Create clear reports and presentations detailing analytical findings, recommended strategies, and insights for clients or leadership.
  • Monitor Regulatory & Economic Data: Track UAE and Dubai real estate regulations, economic indicators, and policy changes impacting the property market.
  • Support Due Diligence: Assist in gathering and reviewing data for property acquisitions, development proposals, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
  • Maintain Data Systems: Organize and update databases, trend records, and valuation inputs for accurate trend analysis and historical reference.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with investment, sales, valuation, and development teams to align analysis with business strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in property analysis, real estate finance, or related analytical roles.
  • Technical Competence: Strong skills in Excel, financial modeling, and real estate data tools.
  • Project Controls: Able to handle multiple tasks, deliver timely reports, and manage analytical schedules.
  • Leadership: Works independently, offers insights, and supports junior analysts when needed.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understands investment returns, cash flow dynamics, and real estate pricing drivers.
