Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Lead Growth – Reach out to new and existing clients, follow up leads, and build long‑term professional relationships to secure property deals.
  • Market Listings & Presentations – List properties with accurate details, showcase homes/off‑plan units, and present value to buyers and tenants clearly and confidently.
  • Property Viewings & Client Guidance – Organize and conduct viewings, answer questions, and guide clients to make informed property decisions.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure – Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to complete agreements smoothly.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Prepare contracts, submit documents correctly, and ensure compliance with Dubai laws and RERA requirements.
  • Market Analysis & Updates – Monitor real estate trends, pricing changes, and developer activity to provide current insights to clients.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting – Work to meet or exceed sales targets while tracking activity and reporting performance to your brokerage team.

Requirements

  • Experience & Education – Minimum 1–3 years in real estate sales or related client service role, high school diploma or higher.
  • RERA License & Legal – Must hold valid RERA certification and be legally eligible to work (residency visa/ID).
  • Communication Skills – Excellent English communication; Arabic or other languages is a strong plus.
  • Sales & Negotiation – Proven negotiation ability and confidence in closing deals with clients.
  • Market Knowledge – Clear understanding of Dubai property trends, laws, and pricing dynamics.
  • Commercial & Tech Competence – Familiar with CRM/property portals and digital marketing for listings.
