Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions by evaluating physical limitations, movement issues, pain levels, and functional needs before treatment planning.
  •  Develop treatment plans focused on restoring movement, reducing pain and improving strength based on evidence‑based physiotherapy practices.
  •  Provide hands‑on therapy including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to support rehabilitation and recovery goals.
  • Monitor progress regularly, adjust interventions as needed, and document clinical outcomes accurately for each patient.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercises, prevention strategies and self‑management for long‑term wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams including doctors, nurses and specialists to coordinate care effectively and safely.
  • Follow clinical standards by maintaining hygiene, safety and regulatory compliance within the practice environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ clinical physiotherapy experience post‑qualification.
  • Technical Competence: Skilled in assessment, manual techniques, exercise prescription, rehab equipment usage.
  • Project Controls: Ability to organize caseload, document treatments, follow clinical protocols.
  • Leadership: Can guide junior therapists, support team workflows and improve patient outcomes.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand clinic operations, patient scheduling, and basic healthcare service metrics.
