Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms to drive website traffic and sales.
  • Work with the content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and optimize landing pages.
  • Manage technical setups for tracking Meta Pixel/CAPI, GTM, and GA4.
  • Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform rules, and competitive activities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning variations.
  • Collect and evaluate campaign performance data, identifying KPIs and actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Create and manage content for WhatsApp Business profiles (including brochures, videos, graphics, and written content).

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Problem-solving skills and time management skills to detect and resolve daily issues.
  • Strong understanding and experience of using Canvas, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for graphic/video editing.
  • Experience using AI tools for content generation.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email customization.
