Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, letters, and agreements under supervision with accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to support attorneys and help build legal arguments.
  • Organize and maintain files by managing case records, electronic and physical documents, and updating legal databases.
  • Assist with correspondence by preparing and managing communications with clients, courts, and government entities.
  • Coordinate with authorities (e.g., notaries, government offices) for attestations, registrations, and filing legal paperwork.
  • Support legal team operations by tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes when required.
  • Help with compliance tasks by preparing reports, checking regulatory requirements, and assisting with audit requests.
