Online Educator

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live online lessons using digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS) to engage students with clear instructions and responsive interaction.
• Prepare lesson plans tailored to student needs, curriculum goals, and online learning formats for effective virtual delivery.
• Create learning resources in digital formats (slides, videos, worksheets) that help students understand concepts easily.
• Assess student progress with quizzes, assignments, and feedback, then adjust lessons based on learning gaps.
• Communicate with learners to support academic growth, clarify doubts, and provide constructive guidance.
• Monitor engagement and attendance during sessions, report issues to coordinators, and maintain accurate records.
• Use online tools effectively (LMS, grading software, chat functions) to organize classes and share resources.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in online or blended environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (education or subject-relevant) or diploma with strong academic background.
• Technical Competence: Confidence using video platforms, LMS, and basic digital tools for teaching.
• Project Controls: Able to schedule classes, manage online records, and update progress reports consistently.
• Leadership: Good communication, self-management, and ability to motivate students remotely.
• Commercial Acumen: Understands service delivery expectations and can help improve student satisfaction online.
