Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Execution: Plan and drive nuclear project deliverables from concept through completion while maintaining safety, quality, scope, cost, and schedule alignment.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project schedules, risk assessments, resource plans, and budgets for nuclear or related technical programs.
  • Coordinate Teams & Stakeholders: Work with engineering, construction, operations, regulators, and clients to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
  • Monitor & Control Progress: Track project performance, costs, risks, and compliance regularly; adjust plans and report to leadership.
  • Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce nuclear safety rules, industry standards, and UAE regulatory requirements during all project phases.
  • Oversee Contractors & Vendors: Supervise external contractors and suppliers, ensuring contract performance and quality delivery.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare accurate project documentation, lessons learned reports, and formal communications for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years managing large technical or nuclear-related projects, with proven delivery success.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
  • Technical Competence: Solid knowledge of nuclear safety principles, engineering processes, and project delivery tools.
  • Project Controls: Skilled in scheduling, cost tracking, risk management, and use of tools like Primavera or MS Project.
  • Leadership: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills in multidisciplinary environments.
  • Commercial Acumen: Good understanding of contracts, budget impacts, and business implications of project decisions.
