Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing national sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and setting sales targets to increase market share.
  • Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching to ensure targets are met.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, while personally leading negotiations for major deals.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics, analyzing market trends, and reporting directly to senior management on progress and strategies.
  • Managing the sales P&L (Profit and Loss), optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring cost control for commercial operations.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and effective product positioning.
  • Watching what competitors are doing in the market and suggesting better offers, pricing, or sales moves when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, especially in the UAE market.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field. MBA degree holders will be given additional preference.
  • Team leader qualities to lead, coach, and manage sales effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is compulsory, whereas Arabic speakers have a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to the UAE.
