Key Responsibilities

  • As a National Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales plans across the country, set clear sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and work toward increasing overall market share.
  • You will lead the sales team by hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating team members. This includes regular performance reviews, practical coaching, and making sure the team stays focused on achieving its targets.
  • The role also involves building strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners. For major deals, the National Sales Manager will take the lead in negotiations and help secure the best possible commercial outcomes.
  • You will monitor sales performance, review key metrics, study market trends, and share clear updates with senior management on progress, challenges, and future sales strategies.
  • The Head of National Sales will also manage the sales P&L, make sure resources are used effectively, and keep commercial costs under control.
  • You will work closely with marketing and product development teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure the products are positioned correctly in the market.
  • You will also keep an eye on competitor activity and recommend better pricing, offers, or sales approaches whenever needed. Staying alert to the market is a big part of the job.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably with strong exposure to the UAE market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Candidates with an MBA will be given additional preference.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, coach, and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required. Arabic-speaking candidates will have a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required for UAE-based business needs.
