Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Pharmaceutical Products: Present and explain medicine benefits, uses, and features to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies to boost awareness and sales.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop strong, long‑term professional relationships with healthcare professionals to support product adoption and loyalty.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals across your assigned territory.
  • Conduct Field Visits: Visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies regularly to maintain presence, gather feedback, and secure orders.
  • Report Sales Activities: Submit accurate, timely reports on visits, sales performance, and competitor activities to management.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform internal strategy.
  • Product Training Support: Attend trainings and educate clients on new products, updates, and clinical data to improve product understanding.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–5 years in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the UAE healthcare market.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.
  • Technical Competence: Good knowledge of medical product features, pharmaceutical terminology, and clinical basics.
  • Project Controls: Capable of planning field visits, managing territory schedules, and tracking sales activities.
  • Leadership: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for professional engagements.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand sales drivers, customer needs, and how to position products effectively.
