Key Responsibilities

Build New Business: Proactively find and reach out to potential clients to grow the company’s insurance sales base in Dubai.
Client Relationship Management: Keep strong contacts with clients to retain business and encourage renewals over time.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly insurance sales goals set by management.
Product Presentation: Explain insurance plans clearly to customers so they understand benefits and choose what fits their needs.
Follow Up Leads: Track all sales leads and ensure timely follow‑ups to convert prospects into clients.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular written updates on progress, deals closed and client feedback to team leaders.
Market Awareness: Keep updated about insurance trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to stay effective.

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in insurance sales or related sales in the UAE.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Communication: Excellent English; Arabic is a plus, with strong presentation skills.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting targets and closing deals.
Technical: Ability to use CRM tools and basic sales software well.
Commercial Sense: Understand pricing, profit, and client needs to make good sales decisions.
