Key Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC Systems: Set up and commission HVAC units like chillers, FCUs, VRV/VRF, and ducted systems according to specifications.
  • Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to keep systems efficient and avoid breakdowns.
  • Diagnose Faults: Identify mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC systems and resolve them quickly.
  • Repair Components: Replace worn or faulty parts such as compressors, belts, filters, and controls with precision.
  • Record Work Logs: Maintain detailed daily service, repair, and maintenance records for accountability and follow‑up.
  • Follow Safety Standards: Adhere to UAE safety, environmental codes, and company policies during all HVAC activities.
  • Support Clients & Teams: Communicate with clients about system operations and work with facilities or engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years of hands‑on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work.
  • Education: Diploma or ITI in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or related technical field.
  • Technical Competence: Proficient with HVAC controls, refrigeration cycles, system diagnostics, and service tools.
  • Project Controls: Able to organise tasks, schedule preventive maintenance, and finish work on time.
  • Leadership: Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to support junior technicians when needed.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand how HVAC efficiency affects energy cost, operations, and client satisfaction.
