Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR Operations: Oversee end‑to‑end HR workflows, ensure smooth delivery of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR support services across the organisation.
  • Develop HR Policies: Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and UAE regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Strategise and manage full recruitment cycles, hiring top‑talent, and building strong employer‑brand presence.
  • Performance & Development: Lead performance management, training needs analysis, coaching programmes, and professional development plans.
  • Employee Relations: Support positive workplace culture, resolve employee issues, and maintain strong engagement and retention strategies.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Federal Labour Law, free‑zone rules, HR reporting, and audit requirements.
  • HR Team Leadership: Mentor HR staff, coordinate HR projects, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6–10 years in human resources with at least 3 years in a managerial HR role in UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field; Master’s/HR certification is a plus.
  • Technical Competence: Skilled with HRMS/ERP systems, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.
  • Project Controls: Able to plan, organise HR activities, meet deadlines, and deliver initiatives on time.
  • Leadership: Strong people leadership, decision‑making, and effective communication across all levels.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand manpower cost impacts, HR budgeting, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
