Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all hotel departments daily to ensure smooth service, timeliness, and operational excellence for guests.
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction: Ensure high quality guest experiences, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues to maintain positive reviews and stay standards.
  • Manage Financial Results: Collaborate on budgets, control costs, monitor revenue, and optimise profitability with strong financial decisions.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teams to build a motivated, effective workforce that delivers service excellence.
  • Coordinate Departments: Work with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and sales for seamless service delivery.
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain quality assurance, hotel safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Marketing & Growth: Support revenue strategies, promotions, and collaborations with sales/marketing to attract more guests.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–10 years in hospitality with managerial experience in mid to luxury hotel operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Technical Competence: Familiarity with hotel management systems (Opera, Micros) and MS Office tools.
  • Project Controls: Able to plan operational activities, manage schedules, and meet performance targets.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership to motivate, coach, and lead a diverse team.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand revenue drivers, cost control, and how decisions affect hotel profitability.
