Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors warmly in person, guiding them to the right contact or location with professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and emails by answering, directing and providing accurate information politely.
- Handle inquiries and bookings by scheduling appointments, recording details and updating systems correctly.
- Maintain front desk area tidy, organised, and well‑stocked with supplies; support positive first impressions.
- Record and distribute correspondence including mail, messages, deliveries and visitor logs reliably.
- Support basic admin tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and general office assistance.
