Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and diaries: Schedule meetings, adjust for priorities and plan travel with precision.
  • Coordinate communication: Screen calls, draft emails, handle correspondence and act as liaison.
  • Prepare documentation: Create, edit and organize reports, presentations and briefing materials.
  • Organize meetings and agendas: Arrange meetings, plan rooms and ensure follow‑ups are tracked.
  • Support travel logistics: Book flights, hotels, visas and prepare clear itineraries.
  • Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion at all times.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: Work with teams, clients and external partners for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years supporting senior executives or C‑suite in dynamic environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or related field.
  • Technical Competence: Proficient in MS Office, calendars, and collaboration tools.
  • Project Controls: Able to track deadlines, priorities and task progress accurately.
  • Leadership Support: Experience anticipating needs and working independently.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand business context for scheduling, reporting and communication.
