Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Employee Cases: Handle workplace grievances, conduct investigations, and track case actions to fair outcomes for staff and business.
  • Policy Support: Help prepare, update, and communicate HR and employee relations policies across the company as required.
  • Compliance Advice: Advise leaders and teams on UAE labour laws, work policies, and compliance matters.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Support awareness campaigns, training, and sessions to improve workplace communication and engagement.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Compile reports and insights on case trends, risks, and key performance indicators for management.
  • Speak‑Up Channels: Maintain channels or systems where employees can raise concerns and feedback safely.
  • Cross‑Functional Support: Work closely with HR, legal, and business leaders to align employee relations actions with organisational goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–6 years in employee relations or HR roles with case handling experience in UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical Competence: Good knowledge of UAE labour law, HR systems, and employee relations practices.
  • Project Controls: Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and keep accurate records.
  • Leadership: Confident communicator, able to guide leaders on workplace issues and best practices.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand how employee issues affect productivity, morale, and business outcomes.
