Key Responsibilities

  • Design learning frameworks — create structured curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that meet educational needs and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with experts — work with teachers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop accurate and relevant content for learners.
  • Align content with standards — ensure curriculum materials match academic standards, educational guidelines, and Dubai regulatory expectations.
  • Use educational tools — apply instructional design software, LMS systems, and e‑learning tools for content creation and delivery.
  • Evaluate and revise content — review educational materials, incorporate feedback, and update curricula for quality and relevance.
  • Support implementation — assist instructors and facilitators with curriculum use, clarity, and instructional understanding.
  • Stay current with trends — keep up with instructional design practices and digital learning innovations to improve curricula.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content roles.
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field.
    Technical Competence: Proficient with curriculum design tools and digital learning platforms.
    Project Controls: Able to meet deadlines, manage revisions, and organize curriculum documentation.
    Leadership: Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with educators and teams.
    Commercial Acumen: Understands education goals, learner needs, and content impact on outcomes.
