Key Responsibilities

  • Own the content calendar across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns and social media, develop compelling narratives, align messaging with brand voice, and ensure timely publishing according to campaign timelines and content strategies.
  • Drive inbound growth through SEO-optimized articles, gated content, lead magnets and nurturing sequences, conduct keyword research, optimise on-page content, and achieve monthly traffic, engagement and lead generation targets set by management. plus performance forecasting.
  • Collaborate with design, performance marketing and product teams to translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs, manage revisions, and ensure consistent, high-quality content execution across channels. and brand approvals.
  • Monitor content performance, analyse KPIs including traffic, CTR, engagement rates and conversions, prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports with actionable insights for stakeholders. and trend analysis.
  • Manage content budgets including freelancers, agencies and production costs, track deliverables and timelines, ensure alignment with marketing spend plans, and coordinate approvals with finance and procurement. and vendor management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B content marketing experience in UAE markets, preferably in technology, digital agencies or professional services sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; content or digital marketing certifications preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms for performance tracking skills.
  • Proven content project management: managing editorial calendars, campaign deadlines, cross-functional collaboration and optimisation workflows with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated creative leadership: guiding freelance writers or designers, presenting content strategies to stakeholders, and maintaining consistent brand voice across channels.
  • Strong analytical and commercial awareness: understanding funnel metrics, attribution models, content ROI, keyword strategy and data-driven optimisation techniques and KPIs.
