Key Responsibilities
- Own assigned client accounts, build relationships, act as primary contact, understand goals, anticipate needs, and ensure delivery of contracted services to agreed SLAs and timelines.
- Drive revenue via upsells, renewals and cross-sell opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. plus forecasting.
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing and product teams to translate client needs into clear briefs, track implementation, and ensure timely, quality execution and reporting. and approvals.
- Monitor account performance, analyse KPIs and usage data, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. and trend insights.
- Manage budgets, invoicing and contract compliance, track payment schedules, escalate discrepancies, and work with finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and collections. and procurement coordination.
- Resolve client escalations promptly, coordinate internal resources, propose practical solutions, document outcomes, and follow up to prevent recurrence and maintain client satisfaction. and root-cause analysis.
- Represent company at industry events, attend client meetings, support RFP responses, and build local networks to generate pipeline and strengthen market presence. and competitor intelligence.
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B account management experience in UAE markets, preferably in technology or services experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; professional sales certifications preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Excel and reporting tools for client analytics skills.
- Proven project controls: managing timelines, budgets, SLAs, and cross-functional delivery coordination and risk mitigation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership: mentoring juniors, leading client meetings, and managing small account teams and performance reviews.
- Strong commercial acumen: negotiation, forecasting, contract review, pricing strategies, and revenue modelling skills and KPIs.
