Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operations delivery: Oversee daily operations across departments ensuring alignment with strategy and continuous performance improvement.
  • Strategic planning: Work with the CEO and leadership team to define and implement operational goals and growth plans.

Requirements

  • Technical competence: Strong knowledge of operational systems, performance metrics, and process design.
  • Project controls: Proven ability to lead projects, meet timelines, and manage cross‑department tasks.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive organizational change.
  • Commercial acumen: Sound understanding of business performance drivers, cost management, and operational ROI.
