Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize processes: Develop and improve chemical process systems and equipment for efficiency and performance in industrial settings.
    Conduct research and analysis: Analyze process data, laboratory results and simulation outputs to guide improvements and decisions.
    Support plant operations: Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues and recommend practical solutions to maintain production quality.
    Ensure safety and compliance: Apply health, safety and environmental standards to all process designs and operational activities.
    Prepare documentation: Write technical reports, process specifications and compliance records clearly for teams and regulators.
    Collaborate with teams: Work with interdisciplinary engineering, production and quality teams to implement changes.
    Improve operational efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in systems and propose cost‑effective, sustainable improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in chemical/process engineering, ideally with UAE or industrial plant exposure.
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
    Technical Competence: Skilled in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS), P&IDs and analysis software.
    Project Controls: Capable of tracking tasks, timelines and technical deliverables reliably.
    Leadership Support: Experience working with cross‑functional teams to implement engineering changes.
    Commercial Acumen: Understand production costs, process economics and impact on operational budgets.
