Key Responsibilities

  • Develop BIM standards and strategy: Lead development, implementation and enforcement of BIM execution plans and digital workflows across all projects.
    • Manage BIM model coordination: Oversee multi‑disciplinary 3D/4D/5D model coordination, detect clashes and ensure design accuracy.
    • Lead training and support: Provide technical guidance, training and support to BIM staff and project teams on tools and workflows.
    • Ensure quality and compliance: Perform BIM audits, quality checks and ensure standards meet client and industry requirements.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders: Work with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants for smooth project delivery.
    • Manage BIM software ecosystem: Oversee Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and other tools, maintain libraries and CDE environments.
    • Report BIM progress: Create clear reports and presentations on BIM deliverables and model health for management.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8–12+ years BIM management, including UAE or large construction project exposure.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
    • Technical Competence: Advanced skill in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and BIM tools.
    • Project Controls: Proven ability to plan BIM delivery, track progress and meet milestones.
    • Leadership Support: Experience leading BIM teams and coordinating technical staff.
    • Commercial Acumen: Understand project costs related to BIM integration and value engineering.
