Key Responsibilities
- As a BIM Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of BIM standards, BIM execution plans, and digital workflows across all projects.
- You will oversee multidisciplinary model coordination across 3D, 4D, and 5D environments, making sure models are accurate, well-structured, and properly checked for clashes before issues affect project delivery.
- The BIM Coordination Manager will provide technical guidance, training, and day-to-day support to BIM staff and project teams, helping them use the right tools, workflows, and modelling standards consistently.
- You will carry out BIM audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews to ensure all deliverables meet client requirements, project standards, and industry best practices.
- The role also involves working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to support smooth coordination and timely project delivery.
- As a Building Information Modelling Manager, you will manage the BIM software environment, including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, common data environments, libraries, templates, and related digital tools.
- You will also prepare clear reports and presentations on BIM progress, model health, coordination issues, and key deliverables for project teams and senior management.
Requirements
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in BIM management, preferably with UAE market exposure or large-scale construction project experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM platforms and coordination tools.
- Strong ability to plan BIM delivery, track progress, manage workflows, and meet project milestones.
- Proven experience leading BIM teams, supporting technical staff, and coordinating across design and construction disciplines.
- Good commercial understanding of BIM integration, project costs, value engineering, and the impact of digital coordination on project delivery.
