Key Responsibilities
- As Bartenders & Servers, you will welcome guests warmly, take food and drink orders accurately, and answer menu questions with friendly, confident service.
- You will prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes and presentation standards, even during busy service periods.
- The role also includes serving food and drinks to tables, checking that orders are complete, handling special requests, and making sure guests have a positive dining experience.
- You will keep the bar and service areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift. This includes restocking supplies, glassware, garnishes, utensils, and other service items as needed.
- As Bar and Service Staff, you will operate POS systems, process payments correctly, and handle cash according to company policies.
- You will work closely with the kitchen, hosts, and other team members to keep service moving smoothly and resolve guest issues quickly when they arise.
- The F&B Servers and Bartenders will also follow health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards, including proper handling of food and beverages.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hospitality experience in bartending, serving, restaurants, hotels, cafés, or food and beverage outlets.
- High school diploma or hospitality certificate. Mixology training will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of drink preparation, table service, bar operations, and restaurant service standards.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, stay organized, and keep service flowing during peak hours.
- Team-focused attitude, with the ability to support colleagues and help coordinate service during busy shifts.
- Good commercial awareness, including the ability to upsell specials, manage guest bills accurately, and support revenue goals.
- Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a friendly approach to guest service.
