Key Responsibilities
- As a Bank Relationship Manager, you will build and manage a portfolio of individual or business banking clients, with a focus on long-term value, trust, and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of front-line retail banking or business banking experience, with a strong background in managing client relationships across the UAE or GCC banking market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, financial analysis, KYC and AML standards, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage sales targets, track pipelines, monitor client activity, and deliver accurate results within agreed timelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and client-care skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to grow deposits, loans, and fee income while maintaining proper risk control and portfolio profitability.
