Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders, while preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases, and organize a filing system for important and confidential documents.
- Answer queries by employees and clients, and update the office policies accordingly.
- Type the document, proofread it before submission, and schedule employees’ travel.
- Getting a follow-up on the suppliers, office stationery, and pantry, and listing the items that are further needed.
- Check for the technical issues such as if the AC stops working or electronic devices needs updates, call the maintenance team to fox these issues.
- Onboard the new hirings by preparing their work desks, and setting up their systems for smooth use.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role is necessary.
