Key Responsibilities

  • As a Company Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining company information in both paper and digital formats. You will also handle day-to-day queries through phone calls and emails, making sure communication remains smooth and professional.
  • You will welcome visitors at the reception, manage diaries, schedule meetings, and book meeting rooms whenever required. It is a front-facing role, so professionalism matters.
  • The role also includes arranging travel, accommodation, post, and deliveries, along with taking clear and accurate minutes during meetings.
  • A Company Administration Executive will also be expected to type letters and reports, update records in company databases, and keep internal documentation properly maintained.
  • You will support general office operations by handling printing, photocopying, office supply orders, and the maintenance of office systems.
  • The Office Administrator will regularly coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments such as Finance and HR to keep daily operations running without delays.
  • In the UAE, one important part of the Company Administrator role is supporting employee employment visa applications, renewals, and cancellations through the relevant government portals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office administration role, preferably within the UAE or a relevant industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling internal coordination and external communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently when needed, while also supporting the wider team.
  • Fluency in English is essential, while Arabic language skills will be highly preferred.
