Key Responsibilities
- As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients. This includes staying connected throughout the sales process, understanding client needs, and making sure they receive the right support at every stage.
- You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and closing deals. The role also requires actively identifying new business opportunities that can support long-term revenue growth.

- You will prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, track stock levels, review forecasts, and monitor market trends, promotions, and competitor activities to support smarter sales decisions.
- The role also involves studying market performance and identifying growth opportunities, especially within FMCG and other fast-moving industries, to improve sales results and strengthen the client portfolio.
- You will coordinate closely with internal teams, including the CEO, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance departments, to ensure client requirements are understood, fulfilled, and delivered on time.
- In addition, the Senior Key Account Executive will use CRM systems, digital tools, and AI-based platforms to manage the sales pipeline more effectively, track opportunities accurately, and improve the overall sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Key Account Executive, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple key accounts at the same time while protecting revenue and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and reporting tools for tracking sales activities and performance.
- Strong understanding of UAE government purchasing processes, regulations, and market requirements.
