Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure production schedules are met within budget and that all quality and regulatory requirements are complied with.
  • Develop a strategy for the Value Stream Master Plan and contribute to the overall plan strategy.
  • Lead change management for system improvements, minimize cost and increase efficiency, and ensure timely resolution of issues impeding the flow of production.
  • Develop direct reports through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
  • Prepare and review departmental budgets and lead cost- and efficiency-improvement projects.
  • Work effectively to create a culture that ensures all levels use standard work in executing their duties.
  • Recommend and implement associate development programs to enhance all associates’ capabilities in applying Lean skills and operating frameworks.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
  • 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Deep understanding of sterile (injectables) or non-sterile (solid dosage) manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP (Production Planning – PP module), is highly sought after.
  • Extensive experience in managing regulatory audits.
  • Excellent command of English is required.
