Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes, implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM, and Kanban to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.
- Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives, optimize production processes, identify inefficiencies, and support cost-saving measures.
- Support HSE, quality, and KPI targets, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Participate in audits for effective performance and improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and work instructions to ensure consistent processes, standardized operations, and uniform production quality across the factory.
- Train staff on Lean principles, build a culture of continuous improvement, and coach teams in effective problem-solving techniques to enhance overall factory performance.
- Report incidents, stop work when unsafe conditions occur, and complete additional assigned tasks to ensure safety, compliance, and smooth operational workflow.
- Work with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to coordinate efforts and ensure process improvements are implemented effectively across all departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing engineering.
- 2-5 years of working experience as a Lean Manufacturing Specialist.
- Proficiency in Lean methodologies like 5S, Kaizen, and VSM is required.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with KPI tracking and data analysis essentials.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
