AI Prompt Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Use the full potential of LLMs to generate high-quality outputs while maintaining consistent brand voice, tone, and company guidelines
• Consistency required in every task by trying many different versions of the same prompt to see which one gives the best and most consistent results
• Design inputs for chatbots, articles, images, and code while understanding context windows, token limits, syntax, and semantics
• Create and improve a collection of AI prompts that help marketing teams generate fast, consistent, and high-quality content for campaigns and communication
• Convert natural language into precise, structured instructions that help AI models produce accurate, actionable, and business-ready outputs effectively
• Test AI models to detect and reduce hallucinations and bias, ensure outputs are fair and aligned with company brand guidelines for safe and reliable use
• Organize AI responses into structured documentation and create tutorials that explain best practices, helping others understand, use, and apply AI tools effectively and consistently

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI/ML basics, NLP, context windows, tokens, and model limitations
• Proven experience in prompt engineering or related AI/ML roles
• Ability of creative thinking, solve problems, working independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into understandable prompts
• Creative and realistic assessment of the benefits and risks of new technologies
