Key Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert of financial crime compliance, including risks, controls, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage committee meeting agendas, notes, submissions, and action plans
  • This team works closely with the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to prepare internal reporting and presentation materials for senior management
  • Assist with policy and procedure development and maintenance
  • Participate in special projects assigned by the CCO office
  • Critically evaluate processes and controls to identify, document, and assess compliance with relevant regulations
  • FCC risk profile, assessing their impact on internal projects, policies, procedures, processes, and systems

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Law, or a related field is required
  • 8+ years of experience in government advisory or consulting is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel and SPSS offers additional opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is necessary
  • Strong analytical skills, able to simplify complex subjects, and demonstrate sound judgment
  • High energy and motivated with an ability to multitask
