Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for the PPM and corrective Maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and repairs to prevent disruptions and long-term damage.
  • Coordination with contractors and service providers to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
  • Exercise financial acumen to optimize resources effectively.
  • Understanding and staying up to date with the latest industry standards and legal requirements, and implementing policies to protect health and safety.
  • Works as a key point of contact for facility-related emergencies and manages prompt responses to all urgent calls.
  • Take control and support office moves, furniture arrangements, and workspace planning.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in residential communities or buildings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with teams.
  • Experience as a customer service provider.
  • English is compulsory, while proficiency in Arabic offers a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAFM/CMMS system, and understanding of MEP systems.
