Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ daily schedules, meetings, and appointments efficiently, also travel plans, bookings, and visa arrangements for business trips, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Serve as a first point of contact between the executive and external stakeholders by managing emails, phone calls, and messages professionally.
  • Compile data, create reports, and prepare presentations to support decision-making while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, including company background, opportunity notes, and key discussion points to keep executives fully prepared.
  • Organize well-structured reports, presentations, and official correspondence. Make sure all the information is error-free for effective decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve administrative issues for efficient workflow.
  • Support executives with research, project coordination, and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience working with senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to identify administrative issues and resolve them independently.
  • Strong skills in multitasking, time management, and problem-solving.
