Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in collections, financial services, BNPL, telco, credit, or enterprise B2B environments in the UAE.
- A strong and professional network across senior leaders in credit, collections, risk, and operations in the UAE.
- Some years of experience managing P&L, leading teams, and working in a highly accountable and fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of UAE credit operations, collection practices, compliance requirements, and market standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set themselves as the example to influence internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Applicant needs to be bilingual, fluent in both English and Arabic.
