Key Responsibilities
- Working as an advisor with the CEO and the board of directors, updating them regularly, and acting as the leader for the company’s strategic direction.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to build and improve long-term business plans that support the company’s goals.
- Research the market to understand competitors and trends, and take steps to manage risk.
- Create business growth strategies to increase revenue, attract new clients, and expand the company’s reach.
- Working closely with product teams to shape strategies that align with customer needs and business goals. These can support the growth and market position.
- Ensure all the departments work on the same company objectives. Spot all potential strategic risks early and help develop practical plans to address them.
- Monitoring KPIs and real-time performance to provide clear reporting on employees’ progress.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, business leadership, consultancy, or a similar role, with experience in planning and carrying out business strategies.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- English is the primary language, but being bilingual in Arabic has a significant advantage.
- An understanding of the market trends, especially those navigating offices and government/semi-government sectors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to clearly deliver the message across all the teams and departments, and provide practical solutions to issues.
- Must be digitally fluent to lead AI and data strategy alongside digital transformation strategies.
