Key Responsibilities
- Greet the customers in a professional manner, carefully understand their vehicle issues before passing on the information to the mechanics. Clearly communicate your services to the clients. Understand their needs and the desired outcomes.
- Coordinate with technicians/mechanics to discuss the problems with the vehicles in detail, understand the causes, and explore possible alternatives. Discuss the problems analyzed with the clients and recommend repairs or maintenance services.
- Develop detailed estimates for repairs, including costs of parts used in services, discuss optional services with the clients, potential additional charges, and get approval from the client before commencing work.
- Explain the benefits of recommended services to the customers, keep them updated on repair progress, suggest optional upgrades or safety checks, and keep tracking that technicians properly follow the concerns of clients
- Prepare detailed and accurate service records for each vehicle, including maintenance or repair tasks, track progress during service, update customers regularly, and ensure that all jobs are completed correctly and on time.
- Test cars before delivery to confirm repairs have been done correctly. Contact clients when vehicles are ready for collection, remind them of scheduled maintenance or warranty checks, address any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints professionally, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a positive relationship. Keep accurate records of customer history, services performed, and invoices for future reference and follow-ups.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree with technical or trade certification in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Candidates must have 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the UAE/GCC region, with a strong technical understanding of vehicle systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with automotive service management software, including CRM systems and invoicing tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are required to effectively deal with customers, explain technical issues, and handle complaints professionally.

- Must have a valid UAE driving license for testing vehicles. For foreigners, a valid UAE visa or experience working in the UAE/Gulf region is required.
