Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, assist passengers with boarding, seating, and in-flight needs, and ensure a comfortable and safe journey.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks, demonstrate safety procedures, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations and airline policies.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight amenities according to airline standards while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Respond to medical, security, or other in-flight emergencies promptly, following established protocols and coordinating with the flight crew.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for passenger counts, cabin service, and any incidents or unusual events during the flight.
  • Participate in training, briefings, and continuous development programs to enhance service quality, safety knowledge, and emergency preparedness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or airline experience; prior experience as cabin crew is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in safety, first aid, or hospitality are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
  • Professional appearance and grooming, with a focus on maintaining airline standards for uniforms and personal presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to travel frequently.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging passenger situations.
