Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex automotive mechanical and electronic issues using advanced tools, interpret data, and propose effective fixes for performance and safety.
  • Design, develop, and test vehicle components and systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, safety, and compliance with UAE standards.
  • Collaborate with technicians, designers, and cross‑functional teams to support production integration and operational readiness of vehicles.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, design records, and engineering reports for projects, compliance, and maintenance history.
  • Conduct performance testing and analysis under varied conditions to refine systems and support improvements in designs.
  • Troubleshoot wiring, electronics, control modules, and system faults using diagnostic tools and schematic interpretation.
  • Guide and support junior technicians, share insights, and contribute to continuous team learning and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years automotive engineering experience in design, diagnostics, or testing roles with vehicles or systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; related advanced training preferred.
  • Strong technical competence with vehicle systems, CAD tools, diagnostics and performance evaluation skills.
  • Project controls ability to manage schedules, testing cycles, documentation, and reporting with accuracy.
  • Leadership through effective communication, teamwork, mentoring and coordination across engineering stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen to evaluate cost, safety trade‑offs, and practical engineering choices for product success.
