Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & Build PPC Campaigns: Create, launch and organise paid search and paid social campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta and Bing to meet business targets.
  • Monitor & Optimise: Track campaign performance, adjust bids and budgets, improve quality scores, and refine targeting for better conversion results.
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to ensure ads reach the right users with the right intent.
  • Ad Copy & Creative Input: Write or review persuasive ad copy and coordinate with design teams for compelling campaign creatives.
  • Track & Report Performance: Set up analytics and conversion tracking, analyse campaign data, and report insights to improve future results.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Manage daily and monthly PPC budgets, monitor spend, and ensure campaigns deliver strong return on investment.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with PPC, SEM and paid media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in PPC/paid media or digital marketing role.
  • Technical Competence: Strong skills with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and campaign tracking.
  • Project Controls: Ability to manage campaign timelines, budgets, performance targets and reporting cycles.
  • Leadership: Capable of guiding campaign strategy and working with cross‑functional teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understands ROI, cost‑per‑click metrics, and how PPC contributes to business goals.
