Pharma Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products by visiting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Build strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals to support customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by planning daily calls, prioritising high‑value accounts, and monitoring performance regularly.
• Monitor market trends and competitors by collecting feedback and sharing insights to adjust sales tactics.
• Prepare reports and forecasts on sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance for management review.
• Participate in product training and events to stay up‑to‑date on new medicines, clinical data, and regulatory guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply, and customer service to ensure product availability and service excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in pharmaceutical or medical sales, preferably in the UAE market.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Technical Competence: Strong product knowledge, CRM usage, and ability to explain clinical information.
• Project Controls: Ability to plan territory calls, track activities, and manage sales records accurately.
• Leadership: Self‑driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations.
• Commercial Acumen: Understanding of customer needs, negotiation skills, and ability to close sales efficiently.
