Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Delivery: Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring goals align with scope, cost, and schedule plans.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create detailed plans including scope, timeline, resources, risk mitigation and budget to support smooth execution.
  • Coordinate Teams: Work with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure clear execution and coordination.
  • Monitor Progress: Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and adjust plans to keep performance on target.
  • Manage Contractors: Supervise vendor, supplier, and contractor performance to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Report & Communicate: Provide regular status updates, risk alerts, and financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure all activities follow HSE rules, technical standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 7–15+ years in oil & gas project management, including EPC/EPCM project delivery.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or Project Management.
  • Technical Competence: Strong knowledge of oil & gas engineering practices, codes, and project tools (Primavera, MS Project).
  • Project Controls: Ability to manage schedules, budgets, risk, quality, and change through the project lifecycle.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Good understanding of cost control, tendering, contracts, and business priorities.
