Key Responsibilities

  • Own assigned OEM accounts, build long-term relationships with manufacturers and distributors, act as primary commercial contact, understand production goals, anticipate demand cycles, and ensure delivery of products and services to agreed commercial terms and timelines.
  • Drive revenue via new OEM acquisition, contract renewals and cross-sell opportunities, prepare quotations and technical proposals, negotiate pricing and supply agreements, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management plus forecasting.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production and logistics teams to translate customer specifications into clear product briefs, track order fulfillment, and ensure timely, quality execution and approvals.
  • Monitor account performance, analyse sales KPIs, order volumes and market data, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and trend insights.
  • Manage pricing structures, invoicing coordination and contract compliance, track delivery schedules, escalate discrepancies, and work with finance and supply chain to ensure accurate revenue recognition and procurement coordination.
  • Resolve customer escalations promptly, coordinate internal technical and operational resources, propose practical commercial solutions, document outcomes, and follow up to prevent recurrence and maintain OEM partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, attend OEM client meetings, support tender submissions and RFP responses, and build local and regional networks to generate pipeline and strengthen market presence and competitor intelligence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B OEM sales experience in UAE markets, preferably in manufacturing, industrial equipment or component supply sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; professional sales certifications preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), MS Excel and reporting tools for sales analytics skills.
  • Proven commercial controls: managing sales pipelines, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, cross-functional coordination and risk mitigation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership: mentoring junior sales executives, leading key client negotiations, and managing small regional sales teams and performance reviews.
  • Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, contract review, margin analysis, pricing optimization, supply agreement structuring and revenue growth KPIs.
