Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Property Operations: Manage daily running of properties, including maintenance requests, repairs, and cleanliness to ensure safe and presentable buildings.
- Tenant Relations & Leasing: Handle tenant inquiries, renewals, complaints, and lease agreements while keeping strong positive relations.
- Rent & Budget Management: Track rent collection, service charges, and prepare monthly budgets and financial reports for owners.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure properties comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD), Ejari, RERA and local rules.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Source and supervise vendors and contractors, negotiate contracts, and oversee service quality.
- Property Marketing: Advertise vacancies online, arrange viewings, and promote available units to keep occupancy high.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate property records, prepare performance reports, and share updates with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline.
- Experience: 3–7 years in property management or real estate operations.
- Technical Competence: Skilled with property management software, MS Office, and tenant systems.
- Project Controls: Able to manage budgets, schedules, and service level agreements effectively.
- Leadership: Capable of directing on‑site teams and coordinating various service providers.
