Key Responsibilities
- Provide public support: Assist internal teams and external clients with enquiries, service requests and public interface tasks.
- Manage government documentation: Prepare, process, submit and track applications with authorities such as visas, permits and legal filings.
- Coordinate with government bodies: Liaise with UAE ministries and departments for approvals and updates on service status.
- Maintain records: Ensure accurate filing of certificates, licences, and official documents in line with policy.
- Respond to enquiries: Handle calls, emails and in-person inquiries with clear and helpful information.
- Support compliance: Help ensure procedures follow UAE regulations, workplace policy and service standards.
- Report service delivery: Prepare regular service performance summaries and highlight issues for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in public service, administration or PRO/government-liaison roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration or related discipline.
- Technical Competence: Proficient with MS Office and UAE e-government platforms (Tawjeeh, ICP, MOHRE etc.).
- Project Controls: Able to handle multiple requests, track deadlines and manage documentation accurately.
- Leadership Support: Works well with teams, supports managers and communicates decisions clearly.
- Commercial Acumen: Understands service cost impacts, vendor interactions and basic office budgeting.
